Who runs this site
ceilingfanspecs.online is an independent reference run by Oliver Harris. Questions about this notice go to support@ceilingfanspecs.online.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you by name. The site has no accounts, no forms and no comments. Pages are plain files; the fan table runs in your browser and sends nothing back.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany.
Cloudflare
Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare, which processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address and user agent, to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.
Server logs
The web server keeps access logs with the IP address, time, requested URL and user agent of each request. They are used only for security and to keep the site running, and are kept for up to 14 days.
Stored on your device
If you type hours into the fan table, your browser keeps those two numbers in its own local storage so they are still there next time. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Cookies, analytics and ads
At present the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no ads. If that changes, this page will say what is used and why before it is used.
If you write to us, we keep your message only as long as needed to answer it.
Changes
